For all cases of varicose veins in the legs, especially chronic or long-standing ones; tendency towards leg ulcers; burning sensation. – Acidum Fluoricum

Suppurating scrofulous swelling of veins. – Hippozeninum
For varicocele and varicose veins, when the constitution and symptoms corresponding to this remedy are present; varicose veins during pregnancy. – Pulsatilla Nigra

The patient is compelled to keep the legs elevated due to the fear that the veins might burst if the legs are allowed to hang down. – Vipera
VARICOSE ULCERATIONS, or relaxed condition in general, Calcarea Fluor. Also a lotion in lint. A rubber bandage or elastic stocking should also be worn of the veins, Calcarea Fluor. As a lotion also. Sharp, piercing pains, patient can not be on his feet.
Varicose ulcers both on legs and arms. Calcarea Fluor 6x, night and morning, healed in fifteen days.

Chief remedy for varicose veins (of the extremities) and also a tendency to this condition, CALCAREA FLUOR 200x-Nat-rum Sulph.
As an intercurrent remedy, Calcarea Phos. This remedy causes hardness of muscles, hence it is beneficial, especially when in- flammation is present.
